Nick Hiscocks is married to Cecilia and they have two girls, Lucy and Millie. Before coming to Christ Church, Nick spent 3 years as an apprentice at another Christ Church in Lowestoft, mainly involved in youth work. Then he was in Cambridge for 2 years training for ministry before coming to Bromley in 2001.
When Christ Church started a new congregation in Park Langley, Nick was given responsibility for leading the church plant as the main pastor teacher. As well as preaching in the main meetings, he co-leads one of the Growth Groups of the plant and also aims to teach the Bible to individuals, both Christians and those who aren’t.
Nick also oversees the evangelism at both congregations (our mission within Bromley) which includes special Sundays for those who don’t normally come to church, feature events through the year and one of our main tools, the Christianity Explored course. |
