To many people Halloween is a light-hearted bit of fun. In actual fact, the origins of Halloween lie in pagan worship of evil spirits and fake gods. As Christians we don’t want to be involved in worshipping false gods. Rather, we want to promote the one true God. To help us do this at Halloween we’re putting on a party for primary school age children and their families. It will be held on Saturday, 1st November from 3:30-5:30pm and there will be a Bible spot to introduce Jesus to parents and children alike, as well as games, craft, a party tea for adults and children and a fantastic puppet show.
